The Registrar:
- Processes transcript requests for current and former students
- Processes enrollment verification requests for current students
- Orders diplomas for students who are graduating
Transcript Requests
Those who attended DeVry as a DeVry Undergraduate, Keller Graduate, DeVry Graduate, Denver Technical College, Missouri Institute of Technology, or Ohio Institute of Technology student should request a transcript by completing and submitting a Transcript Request Form.
You will need Adobe Reader to view this form. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you may download it here. If you have an older version of Adobe Reader, you may also want to download the software to update to Adobe Reader 9 or higher for optimum functionality.
