Make-Up Examinations

Make-Up tests are administered in the Testing Center during regularly scheduled hours. For specific information on make-up exam policy, please refer to your individual course syllabus, or see your instructor.

Instructors

• Drop off the make-up tests with any special instructions (such as open book/open notes/calculator/dictionary permitted/time limit) to the Testing Center before the student arrives to take the test.
  
• Please fill out a Make-Up Exam Form to give to the Testing Center before the student takes the exam. The Testing Center has the form or you can download a form. (Note form attached)

Students

• Report to the Testing Center to pick up the test and receive the instructions.
  
• The Testing Center always requires proper photo ID before testing.
