For Current Semester Graduation

1. Your name will be printed on your diploma exactly as it appears in the ISIS system. This confirms that information. Update in ISIS! Remember that any change of name should be supported by a legal document that reflects that change (such as driver's license, social security card with name, marriage certificate, court document showing change of name, etc.) This includes adding a suffix (Jr. /Sr. /etc.) to your name.

2. Diplomas are ordered at the completion of the semester, when all final grades have been received (including online grades). Please confirm the address to which you would like your diploma mailed (even if it is the same as in ISIS). If you would like to authorize someone else to pick up your diploma on your behalf, please make sure you put this request in writing with your DSI, the name of the individual, and your signature. Make sure this request is given directly to the Registrar's Office in Academics.
